Refund & Returns & Cancellations
Fiest Gloves is operated by AUS SHOP LLC. We are committed to providing a clear and transparent return and refund process.
Please review the information below before initiating a return.
1. Our Promise to You
At Fiest Gloves, we stand behind every product we sell. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will replace it or refund it — no questions asked. For all other returns, we ask that items be unused and in their original condition.
2. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Free from odors, dirt, chalk, or gym use
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
Tip: We recommend trying on your gloves with clean, dry hands before your first training session so they remain returnable if the fit isn't right.
3. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, worn, or trained in
- Items purchased on final sale or with a discount code of 20% or more
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
- Gift cards
If your item arrived damaged or defective, the above restrictions do not apply. Please see Section 5.
4. How to Start a Return
Starting a return is simple. Just follow these steps:
- Email us at support@fiestgloves.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a return address.
- Pack your item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Important: Do not send your item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we sincerely apologize. This is our mistake and we will fix it at no cost to you.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@fiestgloves.com and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
6. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, etc.)
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after we approve your return
- Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3-10 business days to show the credit
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damage, or defect).
7. Exchanges
Want a different size or color? We are happy to help. Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Simply let us know in your email what you would like instead, and we will check availability and guide you through the process.
If the replacement item is priced higher than the original, you only pay the difference. If it is lower, we refund the difference.
8. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, or damage): We cover all return shipping costs.
- If you are returning for personal reasons (changed mind, wrong size ordered): Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Fiest Gloves is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
9. Order Cancellations
Need to cancel your order? We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of order placed: Full refund, no questions asked.
- Cancellations AFTER 24 hours of order placed: 50 % refund,
- Cancellations after the order has shipped: Follow the standard return process once the item is delivered.

10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, here is what to do:
- Check your bank account or payment app again sometimes it takes a few days to appear.
- Contact your credit card company or bank processing times vary by provider.
- If you have done both and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@fiestgloves.com and we will investigate right away.
