We are committed to delivering your orders securely, efficiently, and with full transparency. Below you will find complete details regarding processing times, shipping methods, delivery estimates, and carrier information.

1.Free Shipping Over $100

For orders under $100, a flat shipping fee will be calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order. No surprises.

2. Order Processing Time

Before your order ships, it goes through a quality check and packing process. Here is what to expect:

  • Processing time: 1-4 business days after your order is placed
  • Business days: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number once it ships.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, here are the estimated delivery windows:

United States (Domestic)

  • Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days after shipment
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days after shipment (where available at checkout)
  • Total estimated time from order to delivery: 6-12 business days

Example: If you order on a Monday and processing takes 2 business days, your order ships Wednesday. With standard shipping (5-8 days), you would receive it between the following Wednesday and Monday.

4. Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers to make sure your order arrives safely and on time:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS
  • FedEx

The carrier assigned to your order depends on your location and the size of your package. You will see the carrier name in your shipping confirmation email.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Here is how to use it:

  1. Open your shipping confirmation email.
  2. Click the tracking link, or visit our Order Tracking page at fiestgloves.com/pages/order-tracking.
  3. Enter your tracking number to see real-time updates on your delivery.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order ships. If you don't see updates right away, please check again the next day.

6. Shipping Address — Please Double-Check

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We start processing orders quickly and cannot guarantee changes can be made after checkout.

  • If you entered the wrong address, email us at fiestgloves@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number.
  • If your order has already shipped to an incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible for the loss, and reshipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We understand how frustrating it can be when a package goes missing. Here is what to do:

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check around your property, with neighbors, and in any safe drop locations.
  2. Wait 24 hours — sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered slightly early.
  3. Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number.
  4. If still unresolved, email us at fiestgloves@gmail.com and we will help investigate.

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days:

Please contact us at fiestgloves@gmail.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and do everything we can to resolve it.

Fiest Gloves is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure address where someone is available to receive the package.

8. Items Damaged During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged due to transit, we will make it right at no cost to you.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at fiestgloves@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • A brief description of the damage

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we primarily serve customers in the United States. If you are located outside the US and are interested in ordering, please contact us at fiestgloves@gmail.com to discuss options.

Note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

10. Holiday Season & Unexpected Delays

During busy periods like Black Friday, Christmas, and New Year, shipping carriers may experience higher than normal volumes, which can cause delays. We always do our best to ship on time, but some delays may be outside our control.

We will always communicate any known delays proactively. If your order is taking longer than expected, feel free to reach out — we will give you an honest update.
