We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

• Economy service: Free of Cost
• Standard Service: Charged as per country
• Express service: Charged as per customer
• Shipping and tax (if applicable) will be calculated during checkout.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

• Fiest Gloves ships via UPS. You must have a physical street address for all deliveries
• Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only (excluding major holidays).
• Orders generally ship within 2-4 business days after the order is received. Due to the impact of the COVID-19 virus on US operations and shipping, orders will ship between 5-7 days after the order is received. Please note: this processing time occurs for all orders including those placed with expedited shipping. Delivery time depends on the level of service you select and where you are located.
• We offer expedited shipping at an additional charge.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
